I am a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. My path into massage therapy began with a strong foundation in movement and performance, having previously worked as a personal trainer. This background gave me a deep appreciation for biomechanics, injury prevention, and helping people feel strong and capable in their bodies.

Before becoming an RMT, I worked in a boutique hotel spa providing relaxation massage, where I developed an intuitive, calming approach and a genuine passion for creating restorative experiences. Today, I blend that spa-based relaxation background with evidence-informed therapeutic techniques to offer treatments that are both effective and deeply grounding.

My treatment style integrates a range of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), fascial stretching, trigger point release, and breathwork. Whether you are brand new to massage therapy or have years of experience receiving treatment, I aim to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and relaxing environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your health journey.

Outside the clinic, you can usually find me mountain biking, road cycling, skiing, running, lifting weights, or heading out on adventures with my partner and our dog in our camper van. My love of movement and the outdoors continues to inspire the way I care for my patients — helping them move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.

Hello, I’m Zach and I am proud to be a Registered Massage Therapist at Modern Wellness. I grew up in Kitsilano Vancouver but moved to Richmond 7 years ago. Throughout my education I had a passion for sports, rehab and anatomy. Growing up playing hockey, baseball and soccer led me to wanting a career in rehabilitation. I still play soccer to this day and I am a lifelong fan of the Vancouver Canucks.

I’ve met a lot of injuries over the years and received an assortment of help and rehab myself. Getting to see first hand how trained professionals can help with injuries was very inspiring.

Working as an RMT has provided me the toolset and environment to fully realize these passions. I completed my 3,000 hour RMT program in August 2017 and I hope to see many patients and help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Outside of the clinical setting I enjoy playing soccer, doing various mobility and movement activities and HIIT workouts, and cold plunges for self-care!

Enoch’s priority is helping patients move toward a pain-free, balanced lifestyle. He works with individuals experiencing muscular tension, postural imbalances, joint restrictions, headaches, and movement limitations, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
