Massage Therapy
Provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), massage therapy is the assessment, treatment, and manual manipulation of soft tissues including muscle, connective tissue / fascia, tendons and ligaments. It is an effective holistic approach to pain management, rehabilitation, and a timeless form of self-care. Massage therapy offers relief for a variety of conditions for individuals wanting to achieve or maintain wellness.
Whether you have an injury, sore from sports, need to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension, or get relief from chronic pain, massage therapy can enhance your overall well-being. Massage and manual therapy can help alleviate musculoskeletal disorders associated with everyday stress, muscular over-usage, physical manifestations of mental stress and many other persistent pain syndromes.
ICBC Registered Massage Therapy
For those looking to recover from a motor vehicle accident.
Massage therapy is a holistic remedy that can help you recover sooner than later from any soft-tissue injury, muscle strain/sprain, headaches, and other whiplash associated disorders. Our registered massage therapists will use their knowledge of human anatomy to help you progress through your recovery quickly and safely.
ICBC Coverage is for patients who have an active ICBC claim. We are able to directly bill ICBC the service cost for approved treatments.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the client to be aware of their approval status and book accordingly. Any treatments provided that are not pre-approved will not be covered by ICBC, and as a result the fees for non-pre-approved services will be the client's responsibility to be paid.
Sports Massage
Unlike general relaxation massage, sports massage focuses on targeted techniques and tools designed to address postural imbalances, fitness-related aches, and chronic pain. This approach helps to speed up recovery, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of injury.
Please wear form-fitting clothing that allows access to the area you’d like treated.
Expect deeper pressure than in a traditional massage.

Modalities include hands-on manual therapy and exercise prescription. Our approach aims to get rid of aches and pains, restore mobility, boost independence, and enhance overall quality of life. Hot Stone Massage
Experience deep relaxation and therapeutic relief with our Hot Stone Massage, performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). This treatment uses smooth, heated basalt stones combined with traditional massage techniques to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into tight muscles, allowing for a deeper release without excessive pressure. Ideal for those experiencing stress, chronic pain, or simply in need of full-body relaxation.
As this is an RMT-provided service, it can be billed under your regular extended health benefits plan.
Treatment Lengths:
60-, 75-, and 90-minute sessions are designed for full-body relaxation.
30-minute and 45-minute sessions focus on one or two specific areas of tension or concern, such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, or legs.
Bodywork
Massage and Manual Therapy by a student intern from an accredited RMT program waiting to write her BC registration exams March 2026.
This is a great alternative for those who need the treatment and have exhausted their annual massage benefit coverage.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture works by improving the body’s functions and promoting natural self-healing processes with the gentle insertion of very fine needles into specific acupuncture points that stimulate the distribution and movement of Qi (Energy), blood, and fluids along the meridians (channel pathways) of the body. If imbalances or deficiencies along these meridians are not addressed, pain and disease may occur.
Acupuncture is a safe, effective, and holistic form of medical treatment. Acupuncture addresses the entire body and it's system and aims to restore balance and prevent disease.
Our Acupuncturists may offer needling, cupping, gua sha (scraping) acupressure along with holistic recommendations in their treatment sessions.
